Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility with their device or application before purchasing.

Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled or changed once submitted. Once an order has been placed through our website, it immediately enters our fulfillment process and cannot be modified or stopped. Please verify all items, quantities, and shipping details before submitting your order.
Defect Claims
If your order arrives with a defective or dead-on-arrival (DOA) product, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Claims must include proof of purchase, serial/batch verification (where applicable), and clear photos or test results.
For lithium-ion cells:
Cells that arrive with low/no voltage or cannot be charged are considered DOA and eligible for exchange.
Cells that arrive with measurable voltage and can be charged are not considered defective.
Cells which have been used are ineligible.
Defect claims are eligible for exchange only and are subject to verification. Refunds are not provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; IMR Batteries will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.
Claims submitted after the 7-day period must be pursued directly with the manufacturer.

Cells may degrade due to usage, charge/discharge cycles, age, and environmental conditions, which can lead to reduced performance or premature failure. IMR Batteries makes no warranties or guarantees regarding compatibility, suitability, or fitness for a particular purpose, including but not limited to specific electronic devices, applications, or battery packs. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to determine whether a particular battery, cell, or product is suitable and compatible for their intended use.
