Shipping policy
Order Processing & Fulfillment
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Most orders ship within 1 business day, but processing times may vary.
Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We offer multiple shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, operational issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Note on Hazardous Materials:
Lithium-ion batteries are classified as HazMat and must be shipped via ground, which may result in limited tracking updates and longer delivery times per USPS and DOT regulations.
Domestic Shipping
Shipping rates and available methods can be calculated in your cart at checkout. Due to our central location in Ontario, most orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days via UPS or FedEx Ground.
International Shipping
We currently DO NOT offer international shipping at this time.
Package Rerouting & Address Corrections
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be stopped, modified, or rerouted to a different address.
Any packages returned due to an incorrect address will be processed according to our return policy, including deductions for shipping costs and a (20%) restocking fee.
Damage Claims
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt.
Photos of the damaged items and shipping packaging are required to process your claim.
We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
Replacements will be shipped at no additional cost only after the carrier has approved and paid the claim.
You expressly accept the carrier’s approval or disapproval of the claim as final and binding.
Undelivered & Refused Shipments
If an order is returned by the carrier as refused, return to sender, undeliverable, or due to an incorrect/incomplete address (e.g., missing apartment or suite number), a refund will be issued to the original payment method minus:
The original outbound shipping cost
Return shipping costs charged by the carrier
A 20% restocking fee (applied to the product subtotal)
If a returned package is lost or damaged in transit back to us, it will not be eligible for a refund. Customers assume responsibility for any refused or undelivered shipments.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Online tracking delivery confirmation from the carrier is considered proof of delivery.
If you did not receive your package, we will initiate a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
Once the carrier has approved and paid the claim, we will ship a replacement of your order.
You expressly accept the carrier's approval or disapproval of a claim as final and binding.
We are not responsible for package theft after delivery—it is your responsibility to have a secure location for package drop-off.
